Ni掺杂对BaTiO3陶瓷物相及介电性能的影响
Effect of Ni Doping on the Phase Structures and Dielectric Properties of BaTi03 Ceramics
【摘要】 采用固相反应法制备了BaTi1-xNixO3(x=0、0.01、0.05、0.08、0.1、0.2)陶瓷,研究了不同Ni掺杂量对BaTi1-xNixO3陶瓷的相结构和介电性能的影响。采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)分析了BaTi1-xNixO3陶瓷的相结构;采用阻抗分析仪测试BaTi1-xNixO3陶瓷介电性能。XRD分析结果表明:随着Ni的掺杂量的增加,BaTi1-xNixO3陶瓷的晶相由四方相逐渐转变为六方相,当Ni的掺杂量为x=0.1时,BaTi1-xNixO3完全变为六方相。随着Ni含量的增大,所有六方相的BaTi1-xNixO3的晶格常数都变大,且相对介电常数εr整体降低而介电损耗tanδ呈现先减小后增大的趋势。
【Abstract】 In this work,BaTi(1-x)NixO3(x=0,0.01,0.05,0.08,0.1,0.2) ceramics were prepared by the solid state reaction method, and the dependence of the phase structures and dielectric properties of the BaTi(1-x)NixO3 ceramics on the concentration of Ni dopant was investigated.The phase structures and dielectric properties of the BaTi(1-x)NixO3 ceramics were characterized with the X-ray diffraction(XRD) technique and impedance analyzer,respectively.It was found that the Ni doping promoted the transformation of the phase structure of the BaTi(1-x)NixO3 ceramics from the tetragonal to hexagonal.When the doping concentration of Ni was at x = 0.1,the BaTi(1-x)NixO3 ceramics exhibited purely hexagonal phase.With the increase of Ni doping,the lattice constant of the hexagonal BaTi(1-x)NixO3 became larger.The whole of the relative dielectric constant decreased but the tangent loss of the BaTi(1-x)NixO3 ceramics decreased first and then increased with the increase of Ni doping.
