【摘要】 文化产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,在河北省文化产业发展中,投融资问题成为产业发展的"瓶颈"。本文分析了河北省文化产业投融资现状,主要问题表现为政府投入不足、投融资渠道缺乏、外资利用水平较低等,究其原因有政府管理层、产业本身、资本市场和有关法律法规方面等。破解这些难题需要在解放思想、创新观念大力发展文化产业的基础上,进一步完善文化产业的经营机制,拓宽文化产业的投融资渠道,逐步建立文化产业投融资的社会保障平台等。更多还原
