【摘要】 电容器引线装束机是电容器引线焊接机的重要配套辅机,其性能直接影响后续工序的进程。针对现在人工收集产品成本高、效率低的问题,结合机械、气动和PLC控制技术,设计研制了一种能将主机生产的电容器引线按要求整齐地装入预定容器中的自动装束机,实现电容器引线装束的自动化,减少电容器引线装束时间,提高生产效率。通过现场试验,所研制的装束机可以顺利地将电容器引线装入预定容器中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The packaging machine of capacitor lead is the important auxiliary equipment of capacitor lead welding machine,whose performance affects the process of the follow-up working process directly.Against the problems of high cost and low efficiency of packaging lead by hand,this paper integrated the mechanical,pneumatic and PLC control technology,developed an automatic packaging machine with the capacitor leads host produced into the predetermined container neatly based on the requests,realizing the automation of packaging capacitor lead and reducing the packaging time greatly,and improved production efficiency.Through the field test,the packaging machine developed in this paper can hold the capacitor leads into the predetermined container successfully.更多还原
