【Abstract】 The Weng Family was one of the representative educated families during the Ming and Qing dynasties.The family traditions,which passed on from one generation to another,brought about gradual influences on their family members,encouraging them to take initiatives to enter into the official career by passing the Imperial Examinations,and eventually transformed the family from a reading-loving farming family into an educated family characterized by laying emphasis on reading,writing,the valuing of cultural accumulation and construction of their own through such factors as family doctrines,family teaching and family traditions,highlighting the cultivation of family characters and culture inheritance,adhering to family traditions of being incorruptible and self-discipline and aiming to serve the country.After conducting these doctrines for years,the Weng Family eventually established its own position as a qualified prominent cultural family,which could undoubtedly be regarded as a unique spiritual landmark in Jiangnan region.更多还原
