【摘要】 对国内近5年关于锦鸡儿属(Caragana)植物化学成分、药理活性的研究文献进行归纳分析,结果显示:化学成分方面,研究人员已从锦鸡儿属植物分离得到100多种化合物,其中以黄酮类化合物最多,其次是二苯乙烯低聚类化合物;另外,还有甾醇类、萜类、生物碱类、挥发油以及植物酸及其酯;药理活性方面,研究人员通过大量实验,证实了锦鸡儿提取液具有抑菌、镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤作用,同时,也有调节心律失常等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical constitutions and pharmacological activities of caragana are reviewed,a reliable basis for the protection and rational development of caragana is provided.The research and literature at home and abroad in recent years are induced and summarized.The results show this species has more of the chemical composition,strong pharmacological activity,and long-term history as a national medication,and it is a valuable medicinal plant for development of health care products and pharmaceuticals.更多还原
