【摘要】 关于产权和产权理论,至今仍存在很大争议。深化产权制度改革,必须有科学的产权理论指导。在我国,只有正确理解并始终坚持马克思主义产权理论的基本原理,同时结合新时期我国经济社会发展的特点,吸收西方产权理论的有益成分,不断丰富和发展马克思主义产权理论,形成适合我国新时期经济建设需要的科学产权理论,才能引导我国产权制度改革沿着正确的方向前进。更多还原

【Abstract】 There still exist great controversies about property rights and property right theories.The thorough reform of property right system calls for scientific property right theories.In China,the sound development of property right system reform should be based on the constant adherence to the fundamentals of Marxist property right theories,the characteristics of China’s socio-economic development in the new era,the selected introduction of the Western property right theories,and above all,the scientific property right theories that are developed with the continual enrichment of Marxist property right theories and in consideration of China’s socio-economic construction in the new era.更多还原
