纤维素酶法提取薤白多糖的研究

【摘要】 目的研究纤维素酶法对薤白多糖提取的影响。方法以薤白为原料,用纤维素酶法提取,通过单因素和L9(34)正交实验对薤白多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果酶解温度50℃,酶解时间2.5 h,酶解pH值5.0,酶添加量0.4%,此条件下薤白粗多糖的提取率为17.27%,较传统水提法提高了34.19%。结论纤维素酶法能明显提高薤白多糖的提取率。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the enzymatic extraction of polysaccharide from Allium macrostemon Beg.Methods With single factor test and L9(34) orthogonal experiment,the extraction technology of A.macrosttmon polysaccharide by cellulose enzyme method was studied.Results Optimum temperature was 50℃,time was 2.5 h,pH was 5.0,enzyme dosage was 0.4%,under these conditions,the extraction rate of A.macrostemon polysaccharides was 17.27%,and the rate of enzyme extraction was 34.19% more than the water extraction.Conclusion The cellulose enzyme extraction is beneficial to increase the extraction rate of A.macrostemon polyasccharides.
