【摘要】 目的研究三叶青藤醇提物对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的大鼠关节炎关节肿胀率和病理改变作用。方法用SD大鼠建立CIA动物模型,用三叶青藤醇提物从造模第2周开始灌胃给药,时间为4周,用毛细管放大法每周测量注射侧踝关节肿胀率,并用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色方法,观察注射侧踝关节病理组织学改变。结果三叶青藤醇提物能显著减轻胶原性关节炎大鼠的关节肿胀率,但对关节组织病理学没有明显的改善作用。结论三叶青藤醇提物对大鼠胶原性关节炎有一定抑制作用,其机制与非特异性抗炎作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the arthroncus rates and histopathology effects of the ethanol extracts of Illigera rhodantha Hance.in collagen-induced rat arthritis. MethodsCollagen-induced arthritis model in Sprague Dawley rats was established,the ethanol extracts of Illigera rhodantha Hance.were used to treat CIA rats for 4 weeks from the second week.The changes of swelling rate and histopathology of direct injected ankle joint were observed. ResultsThe ethanol extracts of Illigera rhodantha Hance.could decrease the arthroncus rates significantly,but could not improve histopathology of ankle joint. ConclusionThe ethanol extracts of Illigera rhodantha Hance.have some anti-inflammatory effects which may correlate with its unspecified anti-inflammatory mechanism.更多还原
