【摘要】 目的对白头翁及其同属植物朝鲜白头翁、兴安白头翁和细叶白头翁进行总皂苷的含量测定。方法以白头翁皂苷B4为对照品,采用分光光度法测定总皂苷的含量。结果 SPSS统计分析表明白头翁及其同属植物总皂苷的含量具有极显著性差异,其中以兴安白头翁的含量为最高。结论实验结果可为白头翁属药材的来源鉴别和开发利用提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of total saponins of the drugs in Pulsatilla chinensis,P.koreana,P.dahurica and P.turczaninovii. Methods The determination of the content of total saponins was performed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the pulchinenoside B4 as reference substance. Results There had significant difference in the content of total saponins among them.Among the four spcies drugs of Pulsatilla genus,P.dahurica had the highest content of total saponins. Conclusion This study is proved to be effective for the identification and provides evidence for development and utilization of the drugs of Pulsatilla genus.更多还原
