【摘要】 目的研究民族药野梦花基源及提取物体外抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV NS3/4A)蛋白酶活性。方法采用生药学常用鉴别方法确定野梦花基源,利用系统溶剂萃取法提取和初步分离野梦花,经荧光法测试野梦花提取物抗HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶活性。结果野梦花为瑞香科植物(Daphne papyracea Wall.ex Steud.var.crassiuscula Rehd.),其乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物,在浓度为100μg.ml-1时,对HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶的抑制率分别为70.5%和65.4%。结论民族药野梦花的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位为抗HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶的有效部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the origin medicinal material and inhibitory activity against HCV NS 3/4A protease of D.papyracea Wall.ex Steud.var.crassiuscula Rehd.MethodsMicroscopic identification and fluorescence methods were used to identify the specie and inhibition,respectively.Results The ethyl acetate and butanol extracts of D.papyracea Wall.ex Steud.var.crassiuscula Rehd.showed 70.5% and 65.5% inhibitory activity against HCV NS3/4A protease at concentration of 100 g/ml.Conclusion The ethyl acetate and butanol extracts of D.papyracea Wall.ex Steud.var.crassiuscula Rehd.can inhibit HCV NS3/4A protease,which provides suitable information for further development and utilize of D.papyracea Wall.ex Steud.var.crassiuscula Rehd.更多还原
