蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号对实验性乳腺增生大鼠血脂及血清性激素水平的影响

【摘要】 目的观察蒙药乳腺-I号对实验性乳腺增生大鼠血脂代谢及血清性激素水平的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为两组:正常对照组和疾病模型组。模型组通过肌肉注射雌激素和孕激素的方法复制大鼠乳腺增生模型。将乳腺增生大鼠随机分为三苯氧胺组,蒙药乳腺-I号低、高剂量组,模型组。各组大鼠连续给药30 d后测定体质量、第2对乳头直径,检测血清血脂水平及血清激素水平,取乳腺组织做组织病理学观察。结果蒙药乳腺-I号组大鼠乳头直径明显小于模型组。模型组与正常对照组比较,大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清P、T含量明显降低(P<0.01),PRL显著升高(P<0.05)。蒙药乳腺-I号组与模型组比较大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c、E2显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),FSH显著升高(P<0.01),且有一定的量效关系。镜下可见蒙药乳腺I号组乳腺小叶数及小叶腺泡数均少于模型组,乳腺腺泡数目及腔内分泌物较少,部分可接近正常大鼠的乳腺结构腺泡。结论蒙药乳腺-I号对实验性大鼠乳腺增生具有明显的治疗作用,对乳腺增生大鼠血脂水平及激素水平具有明显的调节作用。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Mongolian medicine Mammary GlandⅠ on the metabolism of serum lipids in rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands. MethodsAdult female wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and disease model group.Disease model group rats were injected intramuscular with E2 and P to establish rat model of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Then disease model group was randomly subdivided into 4 groups:tamoxifen group,small and large dose of Mammary-I group and model group.Different groups were respectively treated with tamoxifen,small and large doses of Mammary Gland-Ⅰ,distilled water for 30 days.Then the weight and the diameter of teats were measured,the levels of serum lipids and serum hormone were measured. ResultsMammary Gland-Ⅰcould decrease the diameter of increased teats.Compared with control group,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-c and PRL in model group were obviously increased(P<0.05,P<0.01) and the serum levels of P,T were obviously decreased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and E2 in each dose of Mammary Gland-Ⅰgroup were obviously reduced,and FSH was obviously elevated(P<0.01). ConclusionMammary Gland-I has significant effect on the metabolism of serum lipids in hyperplasia of mammary gland.
