【摘要】 目的通过比较不同种质忍冬的形态特征,为种质划分和道地药材优良品种的筛选提供资料。方法对不同种质忍冬的枝条、着花节数、叶、花蕾、苞片等主要形态特征进行测定,采用方差统计分析方法,对忍冬不同种质的主要植物学性状进行比较分析。结果与结论不同种质忍冬植株的形态特征存在一定差异,枝条的长度、平均着花节间长、苞片长度、苞片长宽比、花蕾重量等指标可用于种质间的划分,为忍冬不同种质的划分提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide theoretical evidence for dividing germplasm and selecting good cultivar of Lonicera japonica Thunb.,the botanical character were observed and compared. Methods The main character of branch,number of the node which growning flower,leaf,flower bud and bract of germplasms of Lonicera japonica Thunb.were observed,and the data were comparatively studied with statistical means. Results The results show that there are obvious differences in the morphological characters of different germplasm of Lonicera japonica Thunb..The length of branch,inter node and bract,the ratio of the length to the width,the weight of flower buds could be used as character to divide the germplasm of Lonicera japonica Thunb.
