香加皮等5种皮类中药的光谱成像技术比较鉴别与分析

【摘要】 目的探讨光谱成像技术在中药真伪鉴别方面的应用范围与优势。方法采用电可控液晶滤光光谱成像装置,对香加皮等5种皮类中药进行比较鉴别。通过采集香加皮、五加皮、白鲜皮、川黄柏和关黄柏的光谱立方体,并提取各自特征荧光光谱曲线,对不同种类的皮类中药进行鉴别;系统光谱分辨率5 nm,光谱覆盖范围为400~680 nm。结果显示5种皮类中药具有各自不同的特征荧光光谱曲线。结论光谱成像技术可用于皮类中药的真伪鉴别,具有样品不需经过前处理,操作简便、快速、无损等优点。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the range and the merits of spectral imaging technology applying to identification of traditional Chinese medicines. Methods Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) which all belong to plants cortex were identified by tunable liquid spectal imaging instrument,to discuss the application range and advantages of spectral imaging technology in TCM identification field.In order to identify these five kinds of TCMs,the spectral cubes of Periploca Sepium,Acanthopanax gracilistylus,Dictamnus dasycarpus,Phellodendron chinense,and Phellodendron amurense were captured,then the character fluorescence spectral curves of them were piched up.The spectral resolution is 5nm,and the spectral range is 400~680nm. Results The five kinds of herbs had their own spectral image. Conclusion Spectral imaging technology can be used to identify TCM,which merits are without pre-treatment,easy operation,rapid and nondestructive.
