【Abstract】 In the fiduciary affairs,both of faithful obligation and law-abiding supervisory obligation belong to an essential obligation of fiduciary,which are regarded as an important institutional arrangement by the fiduciary legislation and theoretic study in every country.As the fundamental and principled Abstract obligation,each of them has its different characteristic.Faithful obligation and law-abiding supervisory obligation have the similarities in the objective content.In the process of application,both of them should be combined,considered comprehensively and applied all together.As for their relationship,however,law-abiding supervisory obligation is established upon the faithful obligation persuasion.更多还原
