X射线皮秒分幅相机的研制

【摘要】 研制4微带X射线皮秒分幅相机,其微带阴极宽度为6 mm,由幅值为-1.9 kV,宽度为300ps的选通脉冲进行驱动.对X射线皮秒分幅相机进行联调实验,测量相机的固有延迟为42.9 ns,时间分辨率为110 ps,空间分辨率为17.86 lp/mm.由静态空间分辨率图像获得了分幅相机的调制传递函数曲线.

【Abstract】 A picosecond X-ray framing camera with four microstrip lines was described in this article.The microstrip line cathode with a width of 6 mm was driven by the gating pulse with a width of 300 ps and an amplitude of-1.9 kV.The camera was tested,and the experimental results show that the inherent delay of the camera is 42.9 ns,the temporal resolution is 110 ps,and the spatial resolution is 17.86 lp/mm.The modulation transfer function curve is obtained from the static spatial resolution image.
