【摘要】 目的观察化疗对原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法采用不同的化疗方案治疗12例术后或晚期十二指肠癌患者,治疗后评价疗效和不良反应。结果全组12例患者,辅助化疗组8例,姑息化疗组4例;辅助化疗组中位无瘤生存期10.9月(6.2-48.9月),姑息化疗组中位无进展生存期7.6月(7.5-14.3月);两组总生存期12.0月(7.6-48.9月)。不良反应主要是胃肠道反应,其次是骨髓抑制、肝功能损害及周围神经毒性。结论姑息性化疗和辅助化疗可使十二指肠癌患者受益,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of chemotherapy for primary malignant tumor of the duodenum(PMTD).Methods The efficacy and toxicities for 12 patients with PMTD admitted from July 2006 to March 2011 were evaluated after different chemotherapy regimens.Results The median disease-free survival was 10.9 months(6.2-48.9 months)in adjuvant chemotherapy group;the median progression-free survival was 7.6 months(7.5-48.9 months)in palliative chemotherapy group;and the overall survival was 12.0 months(7.6-48.9 months).The major toxicities were gastrointestinal reaction,followed by bone marrow suppression,liver damage and peripheral nerve toxicity.Conclusion Patients with PMTD can be benefited from adjuvant and palliative chemotherapy,which supports the use of chemotherapy in PMTD.更多还原
