【摘要】 [目的]研究探讨中医综合治疗股骨头坏死的有效方案。[方法]将148例股骨头坏死患者随机分成A、B两组,A组68例采用内治疗法,患者服用活血止痛汤;B组80例采用外治疗法,患者以活血止痛散外敷。治疗期间不得饮酒饮浓茶,禁止服用激素类药物,和其他刺激性药物,加强身体的锻炼,饮食上要忌辛辣刺激食物,防止对治疗产生不好的影响。[结果]148例患者中106例痊愈,29例好转,13例无效,有效治愈率为91.20%。[结论]中医综合治疗股骨头坏死的效果很明显,可以作为临床治疗方法得以推广和使用。更多还原
