【摘要】 [目的]观察中药内服结合灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将50例患者按入院先后顺序采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(24例)。治疗组采用中药内服结合灌肠治疗;对照组口服思密达,普鲁卡因、庆大霉素、地塞米松等灌肠治疗。两组均连续治疗10d后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率88.50%,对照组总有效率58.30%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药内服结合灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the effect of herbal oral administration and enema in treating radiation enteritis.[Methods]50 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,26 cases on the therapy group were treated by herbal oral administration and enema,24 cases on the control group took smecta orally,and enema with procaine,gentamicin and dexamethasone.Efficacy was evaluated after 10days.[Results]The curative effect in therapy group was 88.50%,in the control group was 58.30%.The effect of the therapy group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of herbal oral administration and enema in treating radiation enteritis is definite.更多还原
