【摘要】 [目的]观察止嗽散加减治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。[方法]采用流行病学临床试验研究,将122例患者按单纯随机抽样法,分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(60例)。对照组口服复方右美沙芬,10mL/次,3次/d;治疗组给予止嗽散加减(药用白前、荆芥、紫菀、炙百部等),1剂/d,水煎早晚服。两组连续治疗1周为1个疗程,治疗1疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.90%,对照组总有效率68.30%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]千金苇茎汤合桑白皮汤联合抗生素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎可提高临床疗效,缩短病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Observation after zhisou powder in treating infection clinical efficacy of cough.[Methods] Use of epidemiological clinical trial study,122 patients randomly assigned to the treatment group(62 cases) and control groups(60 cases).Oral compound of dextromethorphan in the control group,10mL/,3/d;treatment zhisou powder addition and subtraction(medicinal white front,schizonepeta tenuifolia,Aster,such as Zhi Bai),1/d,water morning and evening clothes.Two sets of continuous treatment for 1 week 1 course of treatment,treatment of 1 course to determine efficacy.[Result] Treatment total effective rate of 91.9%,total effective rate 68.3% in the control group,the treatment group clinical efficacy is better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Zhisou powder in treating infection coughs can be significantly improving clinical efficacy,shorten the course.更多还原
