【摘要】 [目的]观察针刺配合中药汤剂治疗产后尿潴留疗效。[方法]对160例产后尿潴留患者使用针剌(阴谷、关元、气海、肾俞、膀胱俞、三阴交、阴陵泉、足三里、中极)配合中药(茯苓、泽泻、桂枝、木通、沉香、通草、大枣)治疗,治疗1~3d判定疗效。[结果]治愈110例,好转40例,无效10例,总有效率为93.75%。[结论]针刺配合中药治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment of postpartum urinary retention treated with.[Methods]160 cases of postpartum urinary retention patients using acupuncture(the valley of the shadow,Guanyuan,Qihai,kidney,urinary bladder,Sanyinjiao,yinlingquan,Zusanli,polar) combined with traditional Chinese medicine(tuckahoe,cassia twig,Alisma,wood,aloes,rice,jujube) treatment,treatment of 1~ 3D judging curative effect.[Results]110 cases were cured,40 cases improved,10 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 93.75%.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention effect,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
