【摘要】 [目的]观察复方苦参注射液缓解晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛疗效。[方法]对80例晚期恶性肿瘤患者应用复方苦参注射液20ml+250ml生理盐水静滴,1次/d,连用2周为1疗程。2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程(14d)判定疗效。[结果]63例癌痛症状缓解,总缓解率为78.75%(63/80),轻度癌痛缓解率100.00%(56/56),中度癌痛缓解率50.00%(5/10),重度癌痛缓解率14.29%(2/14)。[结论]复方苦参注射液能明显减轻晚期恶性肿瘤患者疼痛,改善食欲和睡眠,提高生活质量,未见明显毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Compound Kushen Injection solution to alleviate cancer pain efficacy of advanced malignancies.[Method] 80 cases of patients with advanced malignant tumors of the Compound Kushen Injection 20ml +250ml of normal saline intravenous infusion of 1 time / day,once every two weeks for a course of treatment.Observed 0000,2 weeks for a course of treatment course of treatment(14days) to determine efficacy.[Results] 63 cases of cancer pain symptoms eased,the overall response rate of 78.75%(63/80),mild pain relief rate of 100.00%(56/56),moderate pain response rate of 50.00%(5/10) severe cancer pain relief rate of 14.29%(2/14).[Conclusion] Compound Kushen Injection significantly reduced the patients with malignant pain,improve appetite and sleep,to improve the quality of life,and no obvious toxicity.更多还原
