【摘要】 [目的]观察刺五加液联合纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死疗效。[方法]将44例住院脑梗死患者按照随机数字表随机分为两组,两组均常规降颅压、改善脑细胞代谢药物治疗,不用其他降纤酶、低分子肝素等影响凝血纤溶系统药物。对照组20例复方丹参液加低分子右旋糖酐及改善脑细胞代谢基础治疗。治疗组24例刺五加液100mL,静滴,2次/d;纳洛酮4mg,静滴/d。均15d为1疗程。观察病残程度、神经功能缺损评分。治疗2疗程(30d)判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本痊愈14例,显效7例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率95.83%。对照组基本痊愈5例,显效6例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]刺五加液联合纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Explore acanthopanax and naloxone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Methods] The 44 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the random number table,the two groups were routinely reducing the intracranial pressure to improve the drug treatment of brain cell metabolism,do not defibrase low molecular weight heparin affect coagulation and fibrinolysis system drugs.Control group,20 cases of compound Danshen solution plus dextran and improvement of the basic treatment of brain cell metabolism.Treatment group 24 cases of the Acanthopanax liquid 100mL infusion,2 times / d;naloxone 4mg intravenous infusion / d.Are 15d course of treatment.Observe the degree of disability,neurological deficit scores.Treatment of 2 courses(30d) to determine efficacy.[Results] The treatment group,14 cases cured,markedly effective 7 cases,effective 2 cases,noneffective 1 case,the total efficiency of 95.83%.The control group,5 cases cured,markedly effective 6 cases,4 cases effectively,and 5 cases noneffective,the total efficiency of 75.00%.Treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion] The Acanthopanax liquid jointly naloxone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
