【摘要】 [目的]观察桂附地黄胶囊治疗肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合诊断标准的慢性前列腺炎患者52例,随机分为观察组26例,予桂附地黄胶囊+盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊口服治疗。对照组26例,单纯口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊。疗程4周,评价两组疗效。[结果]治疗4周后观察组与对照组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。[结论]桂附地黄胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Investigate the clinical effect of Guifudihuang capsule on deficiency of kidney insufficiency with damp-heat type chronic prostatitis.[Methods]A total of 52 patients of kidney insufficiency with damp-heat type chronic prostatitis were randomly assigned to two different groups,experimental group(treated with Guifudihuang capsule,including 26 patients) and control group(treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,including 26 patients).[Results]All results are statistically analyzed,and P<0.05 shows there is a significant difference,existing statistical significance.[Conclusion]There is good clinic effect on Kidney insufficiency with damp-heat type Chronic Prostatitis by taking combination therapy of Guifudihuang capsule and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules.更多还原
