【摘要】 [目的]观察中药汤剂参术汤口服加保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。[方法]将48例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组用自拟参术汤口服加保留灌肠治疗,对照组在一般补液治疗的基础上,口服美沙拉嗪颗粒,观察溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前后症状、体征的变化,并对两种方法的临床疗效进行对比。[结果]用参术汤口服加保留灌肠的患者症状和体征明显好转,经统计学分析与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟参术汤口服加保留灌肠能有效治疗溃疡性结肠炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the decoction Shenzhu decoction surgery plus oral retention enema for ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy.[Methods]48 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group with the self-reference technique soup plus oral retention enema,fluid therapy in general,the control group on the basis of oral mesalazine granules were observed before and after treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis symptoms,signs of change,and the two methods compare the clinical efficacy.[Results]Participation Shenzhu decoction plus retention enema in patients with oral symptoms and signs of significant improvement in the statistical analysis and the control group there was significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Self-reference Shenzhu decoction plus oral retention enema is effective in treating ulcerative colitis.更多还原
