【摘要】 [目的]观察健骨胶囊治疗骨质疏松症疗效。[方法]将96例分为两组,对照组48例鹿瓜多肽静滴,治疗组48例健骨胶囊口服。观察临床疗效、测定骨密度。均3个月为1疗程。治疗1疗程(90d)判定疗效。[结果]总有效率治疗组93.75%优于对照组70.83%;骨密度测定治疗2个月(60d)、3个月(90d)两组均有改善,治疗3个月治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]健骨胶囊可较快提高骨密度,作用持续,无明显减缓过程,价格低廉、无不良反应,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the Jiangu Capsule in treating osteoporosis clinical efficacy.[Methods]96 cases of patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group to Jiangu Capsule,the control group were given 8mg Lugua polypeptide injection,once a day for intravenous drip,two groups of the period of treatment was 3 months.[Results]The treatment group after treatment in March to improve bone mineral density improvement of clinical symptoms than the control group,the total efficiency of 93.75%,there were statistically significant differences.[Conclusion]Jiangu Capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis with good curative effect.更多还原
