【摘要】 目的:探讨经T管透视下取胆结石术后残留结石的效果和方法。方法:5例女性胆结石术后患者,经T管造影发现有残留结石,透视下用球囊导管及网篮技术从T管取出结石或推送结石入十二指肠。结果:所有5例患者均取石成功,无重大并发症。结论:经T管透视下取胆道残留结石是一个安全、有效、微创的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of percutaneous treatment via T-tube under fluoroscopy for postoperative residual stones in bile duct.Methods Clinical data of 5 female patients with postoperative residual stones in bile duct which was identified by T-tube radiography were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients received stone-removing treatment under fluoroscopy by stone-removing baskets and ballon catheter.Results All the treatment were successfully done,no complications were observed.Conclusion Percutaneous treatment via T-tube under fluoroscopy was a safe,effective,and microtrauma method for postoperative residual stones in the bile duct.更多还原
