增强型体外反搏对冠心病患者炎症因子的影响
Effects of enhanced external counterpulsation on inflamation factors in patients with coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的:评估增强型体外反搏对冠心病患者的血清炎症因子的影响,探讨冠心病治疗的新靶点。方法:将73例冠心病患者随机分为常规治疗组35例和反搏治疗组38例,常规治疗组接受6周常规药物治疗,反搏治疗组接受6周体外反搏联合常规药物治疗,治疗结束后对两种治疗方法的疗效进行评价。收集患者治疗前后的外周血,通过ELISA方法检测血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果:常规治疗组的治疗总有效率为57.1%,体外反搏组的治疗总有效率为92.1%;常规治疗组治疗结束后,血清中炎症因子的水平与治疗前无差异,而反搏治疗组治疗结束后,血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP和hsCRP水平分别较治疗前下降了(23.79±6.35)%、(34.51±4.44)%、(38.36±7.13)%、(37.93±5.12)%。结论:冠心病患者经过体外反搏治疗后,血清中炎症因子水平下降,体外反搏对冠心病的疗效可能与其对炎症反应的抑制有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of enhanced external counterpulsation on inflammation factors in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 73 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly assigned into 2 groups:conventional treatment group(Group A,n=35) and enhanced external counterpulsation treatment group(Group B,n = 38).Patients in Group A received conventional drugs treatment for 6 weeks,and those in Group B received enhanced external counterpulsation plus conventional drugs treatment.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy was conducted after the treatment.ELISA was applied to measured the levels of tumor necrosis factors-α,IL-6,CRP,and hs-CRP in sera collected from all the patients before and after the treatment.Results The effective rates of Group A and Group B were 57.1% and 92.1%,respectively.At Group A,there were no significant changes in the serum levels of the inflamation factors after the treatment.But at Group B,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,and hs-CRP were decreased by(23.79 ± 6.35)%,(34.51 ± 4.44)%,(38.36 ± 7.13)%,and(37.93 ± 5.12)% after the treatment.Conclusions Enhanced external counterpulsation could decrease the inflammation factors in patients with coronary heart disease,and its suppression on the inflammatory response may be related to its efficacy on coronary artery disease.
