【摘要】 目的探讨奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期原发性肝癌的疗效及不良反应。方法 42例晚期原发性肝癌患者,第1天接受奥沙利铂130 mg/m2静脉滴注;第1~14天替吉奥胶囊80 mg.m-2.d-1,分2次口服,3周为1个周期。治疗2周期后评价疗效和不良反应。结果 42例患者中完全缓解2例,部分缓解6例,有效率19%,稳定12例,有22例患者(52%)的主要临床症状得以明显改善或消失。不良反应主要为粒细胞减少36%(15/42),血红蛋白减少19%(8/42),血小板减少17%(7/42)和较轻的神经毒性17%(7/42)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊方案治疗晚期原发性肝癌有效,不良反应可耐受,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin(L-OHP) combined with tegafur,gimeracil and potassium capsules(S-1 capsule) in the treatment of patients with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma.Methods Forty-two cases with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma were treated with the combination of L-OHP(130 mg/m2) and S-1 capsule(80 mg·m-2·d-1),for 6 weeks.Results There were 2 cases of complete response(CR),6 cases of partial response(PR),12 cases of stable disease(SD).There were 22 patients(52%) of which the symptoms was relieved,the Karnofsky score was stabilized or raised up,and the quality of life was improved.The main toxicities were granulocyto-penia 36%(15/42),reduce of hemoglobin 19%(8/42),thrombocytopenia 17%(7/42),and mild neurotoxicity 17%(7/42).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combinated with S-1 capsule was effective and safe for patients with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma.It can be worthy of clinical investigation furtherly.更多还原
