【摘要】 目的探讨肝素抗凝治疗心肌梗死患者部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性(ATⅢ:A)监测意义。方法采用凝固法检测APTT、发色底物法检测ATⅢ:A,对79例心肌梗死患者和408名健康对照者数据进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前患者APTT低于正常对照值1.5倍的有75例;ATⅢ:A在50%~70%的有28例,<50%的有5例。治疗后APTT低于正常值1.5倍的有21例,高于正常值3倍的有8例;ATⅢ:A<50%的有3例。结论 APTT,ATⅢ:A可做为肝素抗凝治疗心肌梗死患者的监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),antithrombin activity(AT Ⅲ: A) selected to monitor in the use of heparin anticoagulation therapy to patients with myocardial infarction.Methods The data of APTT which was detected by coagulation method and AT Ⅲ: A which was detected by chromogenic substrate assay were analyzed from 79 patients with myocardial infarction retrospectivly.Results The value of APTT of 75 cases was 1.5 times less than normal control value;the value of AT Ⅲ: A of 28 cases was 50%～70% and that of 5 cases was less than 50% before treatment.The value of APTT of 21 cases was 1.5 times lower than that of normal controls value,8 cases was 3 times higher than that of normal control values;the value of AT Ⅲ: A of 3 cases was less than 50% after treatment.Conclusion The index of APTT,AT Ⅲ: A monitored in heparin anticoagulant therapy of patients with myocardial infarction is conducive to the choice of drugs and the therapy of anticoagulation.更多还原
