藏药细果角茴香醇提物对内毒素炎症小鼠的保护作用

【摘要】 目的探讨藏药细果角茴香醇提物对革兰阴性细菌的内毒素即脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠全身炎症反应的保护作用。方法应用BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射LPS导致全身炎症模型,观察小鼠内毒素炎症模型中,细果角茴香醇提物对小鼠肺组织炎症反应和炎性细胞浸润情况、外周血白细胞计数及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。结果细果角茴香醇提物减少内毒素炎症过程中肺组织炎症反应和炎性细胞的浸润,降低外周血白细胞数,抑制TNF-α、IL-6的释放(均P<0.05)。结论细果角茴香醇提物通过多种途径发挥抗炎作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protection effect and related mechanism of Herb of Thinfruit Hypecoum alcohol extract on endotoxin induced inflammatory mice model.Methods BALB/c mice were administrated with LPS intraperitoneal injection to perform systemic inflammation models,then were given Herb of Thinfruit Hypecoum alcohol extract by gavage.The inflammatory response in lung tissue,inflammatory cells alveolar infiltration,white blood cells(WBC) count in peripheral blood,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) concentration in sera were measured by HE stain,flow cytometry,ELISA,respectively.Results Herb of Thinfruit Hypecoum alcohol extract showed anti-inflammatory effect by repressing the inflammatory progress initiated by endotoxin in multiple pathways,including reducing inflammatory response and inflammatory cells infiltration in lung tissue,down-regulating the increasing leukocytes count in peripheral blood and decreasing TNF-α and IL-6 concentration in sera(all P<0.05).Conclusion Herb of Thinfruit Hypecoum can attenuate inflammatory injury via diverse pathways.
