【摘要】 目的探讨降压联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗对高血压颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选择62例高血压患者,随机分为两组,治疗组32例,采用瑞舒伐他汀+常规降压药;对照组30例采用常规降压药。瑞舒伐他汀用量10～20mg/d,晚餐时顿服,时间6个月。分别监测治疗前、后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化。结果治疗6个月后治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C降低,HDL-C升高;治疗组颈动脉斑块IMT厚度缩小,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规降压联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗具有逆转颈动脉粥样硬化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of antihypertensive treatment combined with rosuvastatin on carotid artery artherosclerosis in hyertensive patient.Methods The 62 hyertensive patients were randomly divided into routine antihypertensive treatment combined with rosuvastatin group and routine antihypertensive group.The patients received rosuvastatin 10～20mg every night for 6 months.Intima-media thickness(IMT)of carotid artery、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C were determind before and after treatment.Resluts The IMT of carotid artery、TC、TG、LDL-C decreased significantly,HDL-C significantly increased in treatment group after 6 months.While in group B,those indexes were not significantly different.Compared with A group,they had significangtly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine antihypertensive treatment combined with rosuvastatin can reverse carotid artery artherosclerosis in hyertensive patient.更多还原
