【摘要】 目的比较硝苯地平缓释片(得高宁)和硝苯地平控释片(拜新同)的降压疗效和治疗依从性。方法选择初诊原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为得高宁组和拜新同组,各50例,两组分别给得高宁和拜新同治疗,得高宁起始剂量为10mg,2次/d;拜新同起始剂量为30mg,1次/d,,然后根据血压情况调整剂量,随访1～2年,比较两组的达标率、效价比和治疗依从性。结果得高宁组患者4周达标率为70%(35/50),12周达标率为88%(44/50)。拜新同4周达标率为74%(37/50),12周达标率为90%(45/50)。两组患者4周达标率、12周达标率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。得高宁组不良反应发生率为12%,拜新同组不良反应发生率为14%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。得高宁组治疗依从性优于拜新同组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论得高宁和拜新同降压疗效相当,均有明显的降压作用,且降压作用平稳、持久,而得高宁价位较低,患者易于接受和维持,其价效比和治疗依从性优于拜新同,更适合在基层医院应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the antihypertensive efficacy and treatment compliance of nifedipine sustained release tablets(Nifedipine Tablets) and nifedipine(Adalat).Methods Divide 100 patients at random diagnosed with primary hypertension on the first visit into two groups,every group with 50 patients.For the first group,Nifedipine Tablets was administered 10mg everytime,bid as the first dosage.Adalat was taken for the other group was administered Adalat 30mg,every time,qd at first.Then the dosage was adjusted on the basis of the fluctuation of the blood pressure.The follow-up was done in 1-2 years.The efficiency,potency ratio and patient compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Nifedipine Tablets group patients 4 weeks compliance rate was 70%(35/50),12 weeks of compliance rate was 88%(44/50).Adalat week 4 compliance rate was 74%(37/50),12 weeks of compliance rate was 90%(45/50).Two groups of patients 4 week,12 weeks of compliance rate of compliance rate comparison,there were no significant differences between them(P>0.05).Nifedipine Tablets group the incidence of adverse reactions was 12%,Adalat adverse reaction rate was 14%,no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Nifedipine Tablets group treatment compliance is better than that of Adalat group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both of Nifedipine Tablets and Adalat can lower blood pressure obviously,steadily and durably.However,Nifedipine Tablets was more preferable to the patients for its lower price,better patency ratio and compliance than Adalat.Tablets was more suitable in primary hospital.更多还原
