【摘要】 中学英语教师继续教育创新能力主要包括教学创新能力和科研创新能力。要培养这种能力,教师本身要有创新精神,要注重知识的积累与更新;教师继续教育培训机构应转变观念,树立提高创新意识为重点的教师继续教育观念,建立以主体教育思想为指导的开放式教师继续教育模式,建立与培养教师创造性素质目标基本对应的教师继续教育课程体系,从而真正提高中学英语教师的创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Middle school English teachers’ creativity consists mainly in both teaching and research.To cultivate this ability,teachers should foster creative spirit,attach importance to knowledge accumulation and renewing,while further study organizations should renew their philosophy of running schools to a creativity centered one,build up an opening education model under the guidance of student-oriented education and a curriculum system online with the goal of cultivating teachers’ creativity so as to truly improve teachers’ creativity.更多还原
