【摘要】 2009年山东省实现地区生产总值33896.65亿元,居全国第二,同比增长12.2%。在新型工业化背景下,人力资源是经济发展的根本动力,要想保持区域竞争力,就必须在人力资源方面占有优势,通过实证分析方法,对有关山东省十七地市人力资源开发的因子进行分析,评价各地区的人力资源可持续发展能力,并进行排名,确定影响人力资源可持续发展的关键因素,针对实证结果和山东省人力资源开发中存在的问题提出建议,有利于培育山东省的人才竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The GDP of Shandong province is 3,389,665 million in 2009,ranking second in the country and increased by 12.2 percent.In new type of industrialization background,human resources is fundamental power for economic development,to keep regional competitiveness,must occupy advantage in human resources.By empirical study method,to analyse factor influencing human resources development 17 regions of Shandong province,evaluate regions of human resources sustainable development ability,and for ranking,determine key factors effecting human resources sustainable development,then provide suggestion on the basis of empirical results and problems existing Shandong human resources development that will benefitin the talent competitiveness of Shandong province.更多还原
