低水温游泳对高脂血症大鼠自由基代谢的影响
Effect of Low Water Temperature Swimming on Free Radical Metabolism of Hyperlipidemia Rats
【摘要】 通过建立高脂血症大鼠模型,观察低水温游泳对其机体自由基代谢及抗氧化作用的影响。研究表明,低水温游泳与常温游泳相比,在改善和减少高脂血症大鼠MDA生成以及增强SOD、GSH-PX、T-AOC酶的活性效果明显,说明低水温游泳运动对改善高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,增强机体自由基清除能力以及降低脂质过氧化作用有着积极性影响。
【Abstract】 The authors,by establishing hyperlipidemia rats model,observed the effect of low water temperature swimming on free radical metabolism and antioxidant effect of hyperlipidemia rats.The results showed that the effect of low water temperature swimming on the improvement and reduction of hyperlipemia rats’ MDA generation and SOD strengthening,activity of GSH-PX and T AOC enzyme was more obvious than that of normal water temperature swimming.It indicates that low water temperature swimming had an active effect on improving the hyperlipidemia rat lipid levels,enhancing the free radical scavenging capacity and reducing the lipid peroxidation of hyperlipidemia rats.
