投掷运动员躯干旋转肌群等速肌力研究
Study of Isokinetic Trunk Rotation Muscle Strength In Shot Put and Javelin
【摘要】 目的:通过探讨铅球、标枪运动项目中躯干旋转肌群的肌力特征,以期为田径投掷项目运动训练提供理论依据。方法:应用德国生产的ISOMED2000等动测试系统测试实验对象躯干旋转肌群相关指标。结果:实验得到在60°/s、90°/s、120°/s、150°/s、180°/s五种速度下主要指标如LROT-Maximum Torque、RROT-Maximum Torque、LROT-Maximum Torque/Weight、RROT-Maximum Torque/Weight、LROT-Mean Power、RROT-Mean Power、L/R数据。结论:1)躯干左右旋转肌最大力矩值普遍相差几乎近20%,在高速情况下相差达到34%;躯干左右旋转肌平均最大功率值普遍相差几乎近10%左右,在高速情况下相差达到18%;这些差别也均反映出投掷项目躯干肌群专项化力量特征;2)田径投掷运动项目:标枪项目、铅球项目躯干旋转肌群最大力矩、最大功率等动力量训练最佳速度为150°/s。
【Abstract】 Objective:In this study,we have tested the strength of trunk rotation muscle in shot put and javelin and analyzed the characteristics of the strength,which will provide a basic theory for the track and field.Methods:The German production of ISOMED2000 dynamic system was used to test subjects’related indicators of trunk rotation muscles.Results:In the speed of 60°/s,90°/s,120°/s,150°/s,180°/s,we got main indicators data such as LROT-Maximum Torque,RROT-Maximum Torque,LROT-Maximum Torque / Weight,RROT-Maximum Torque / Weight,LROT-Mean Power,RROT-Mean Power,L / R.Conclusions:In general,the peak torque of trunk rotation muscle has a difference of almost 20%,and the highest difference is about 34%.The average maximum power of trunk rotation muscle is generally close to almost 10%,and the highest difference is about 18%.These differences also reflected the special strength characteristics of the trunk muscles in the track and field.In track and field sports:the best speed of Isokinetic training is 150°/s for javelin project and shot put,trunk rotation maximum torque,maximum power and other dynamic strength.
