体操、游戏健身组合对沈阳市3~4岁幼儿身体素质的影响与评价研究

【摘要】 根据我国幼儿人群身体特点和运动能力,设计基于身体素质提高的体操与游戏健身组合运动方案,并通过对沈阳市3~4岁幼儿的健身干预,观察幼儿身体素质指标的变化规律,建立科学的评价标准体系,为我国幼儿人群运动健身科学指导与效果评价等提供理论与实践依据。结果:体操、游戏健身组合对3~4岁幼儿的身体素质指标均有明显的积极和促进作用,依据各身体素质指标第3~97百分位点结果和第10、25、75、90百分位点结果制定的评价等级标准在评价幼儿体操、游戏健身前后身体素质等方面具有重要的创新应用价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the status of children’s body characteristics and power,the research devised the games and body-building schemes composed of gymnastics and games based on physical quality,and by intervening practice in 3-4-year old children’s games and body-building activities in Shenyang,observing the indexes changes of physical quality,raising the scientific evaluating system,providing theoretical and practical basis for the guidance and evaluation of children’s games and body-building activities in China.The results indicated that the games and body-building schemes had a obvious function in promoting the child’s physical quality.The physical quality’s results of the 3~97 and the 10、25、75、90 percentile may be the effective indexes in evaluating effect of child’s games and body-building activities and had a reliable applied value in evaluating child’s physical quality before and after the games and body-building schemes’ intervening practice.
