【摘要】 通过对工程项目管理沙盘模拟教学的现状分析,发现现有工程项目管理沙盘只能模拟较为简单的工程项目,很难模拟复杂尤其是真实的工程项目。对此,作者提出了运用BIM来虚拟工程项目管理的解决方案。这对现有5D虚拟施工解决方案是一个重要的突破,对更新工程项目管理沙盘的开发模式有着一定的借鉴意义,为高校工程管理专业提高工程项目管理实践教学水平提供了一个很好的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the current status of engineering project management sand table simulation teaching was analyzed.It was found that current engineering project management sand table simulation could only simulate simple engineering projects.Therefore,the use of virtual project management with BIM solution was put forward,which was an important breakthrough in the existing 5D virtual construction solution,especially in the development mode of engineering project management sand table simulation.The use of virtual project management with BIM solution has certain significance to the update of sand table simulation and provides a very good way to improve project management practice teaching of engineering management in colleges and universities.更多还原
