【摘要】 针对独立学院在实验室规划和建设方面的实践经验,提出了:"集中投入、分期建设、先基础后专业、资源共享、突出重点"的实验室建设原则。重视制度化建设和加强实验师资队伍建设是提高实验室管理水平和实现独立学院办学定位的重要保障。指出了独立学院在实验室建设和管理工作中应着重解决的问题,进一步提高实验室建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the summary of the experience of laboratory planning and construction in independent colleges,this paper proposed the key construction principle,which is focusing on investment,stage construction,building fundamental laboratory before professional ones,sharing resource,highlighting key laboratory.It also pointed out that paying enough attention to the institutional development and strengthening the training of the teaching staff are the important safeguard to improve of management and realize the training orientation of independent colleges.In addition,it elaborated on the problems to be solved emphatically in the construction and management of laboratories in independent colleges.更多还原
