【摘要】 将生物信息与数据处理、细胞工程、基因工程和发酵工程进行有机整合,创新性地建设生物技术技能训练课程体系。优化课程内容,创新教学方法,以系统掌握技术为目标,综合利用实验材料,反复训练,宽容失败,有效地保证了技能训练,拓展了学生能力,激发了学生创新热情,大幅度提升了本科生实验技能水平。通过对生物技术技能训练课程的探索与实践,建立了一个体系合理、内容丰富、技术先进、学生受益、社会影响大的实验课程体系,并出版了系列实验教材,对培养高质量的生物技术专门人才起到了重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cell engineering,gene engineering,fermentation engineering as well as biological information and data processing were organically integrated to establish a biological technology skills training system which comprehensively utilized experimental materials,repeatedly training and toleration of failure.The students’ ability,innovation enthusiasm and experimental skill were significantly improved.By practice and exploration of biotechnology skill training,a series of experimental training courses were developed and a series of experimental textbooks have been published,which are important for the cultivation of high quality talent of biotechnology.更多还原
