生物样品中短链脂肪酸的快速提取与分析方法

【摘要】 建立了用气相色谱仪检测生物样品中短链脂肪酸(乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸、异戊酸、戊酸)的定性定量方法。结果表明,该方法在15.0 min内可以分离出生物样品中6种短链脂肪酸,回收率60.4%~104.8%,相对标准偏差1.92%~10.84%。该方法分析短链脂肪酸快速、准确,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of SCFA(acetic acid,propionic acid,isobutyric acid,n-butyric acid,isovaleric acid,n-valeric acid)in biological samples.Six SCFAs in biological samples were separated in 15.0 min.The calibration curves were good linear between area and the concentration of 0.05~2.5 mg/L with the correlation coefficient r greater than 0.995.The recoveries were 60.4%~104.8% and the RSD were 1.92%~10.84%.The limits of detection were 0.002~0.02mg/kg in SCFA.The method can be used for analysis of 6 SCFAs in biological samples.
