【Abstract】 In view of the gap between engineering education and the demand of modern enterprise in China,starting from the analysis of the existing problem of engineering practice teaching,this paper integrated current teaching resources,constructed and conducted enterprise workers role-experiencing-education based on advanced manufacturing mode.By implementation of the high-level "role experience teaching",it helps students to recognize their social position and life goals,train their professional consciousness and innovative thinking,and enhance their comprehensive engineering quality,thus,achieving the "seamless" joint between students and modern enterprises.更多还原
