【摘要】 围绕高校实验教学中心的建设,结合实验中心管理运行特点,提出建立科学规范管理体系的基本理念,同时探讨科研与实验教学联动的运行体系的构建方法。从实验中心布局和建制改革、实验教学内容改革、加强实验中心人才培养、加强实验室日常管理和实验中心队伍建设等方面阐述如何加强实验中心建设,培养学生的创新能力和实践能力,以适应时代发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the construction of experimental teaching centers in universities and taking into consideration of the characteristics of the management and operation of experimental teaching centers,the basic idea to construct a scientific and standardized management system were introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,the way to construct the operational system of combining research with experimental teaching was discussed.From the layout and system reform of the experimental center,the reform of experimental teaching content,the strengthening of experimental center personnel training,and the enhancement of the management of the lab and the construction of the lab technician team,this paper elaborated on the strengthening of the construction of the experiment center and the cultivation of students’ innovation ability and practice ability,in order to meet the requirements of the development of the time.更多还原
