【摘要】 目的针对医疗器械护理临床实践中出现的不良事件,设计医疗器械护理管理安全屏障(包括物理屏障和管理屏障),确保护士在临床护理工作中的医疗器械使用安全。方法成立医疗器械管理小组,对医疗器械进行分类,确定医疗器械重点管理对象,调查、分析医疗器械不安全事件发生的主要原因和危险因素,设计医疗器械标识屏障、管理屏障,在临床护理实践中使用,同时加强对护士医疗器械相关安全知识培训,建立并重视医疗器械不良事件报告制度,对医疗器械不良事件进行统计、分析。结果应用安全屏障前后医疗器械不良事件发生率、医疗器械护理管理质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论多层屏障可有效避免医疗器械护理临床实践中不安全事件发生,使医疗器械在临床护理实践中安全性明显提高,有效提升医疗器械的管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct the barrier technology in the medical devices management and ensure the safety of nurses using medical devices in clinical care.Methods Medical Devices Management Group was established to classify the medical devices,determine the key management object,investigate and analyze the main course and risk factors of adverse events,design the safe barrier system(physical and management barriers) and put into use in the clinical nursing practice,strengthen the training of nurses using medical device,establish the reporting system for adverse events,and perform statistics analysis on the adverse events.Results The incidence of adverse events about medical devices decreased,the management quality of medical equipment increased,the difference before and after the application of barrier technology was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-layer barrier can effectively prevent unsafe incident of medical devices in clinical nursing practice,the safety and management quality of medical devices using in clinical nursing practice is improved effectively.更多还原
