【摘要】 目的观察胃复春联合麦滋林-S治疗HP阴性的萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法将60例HP阴性萎缩性胃炎随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组:胃复春每次4片,每日3次口服,同时口服麦滋林-S每次0.67 g,每日3次口服,共3个月;对照组:维酶素片每次4片,每日3次口服,同时口服吗叮啉每次10 mg,每日3次口服,共3个月。结果总有效率观察组为90%,对照组为23.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),观察组优于对照组。治疗后观察组COX-2阳性表达率明显下降,对照组无明显改变,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论胃复春联合麦滋林-S治疗HP阴性的萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Weifuchun pill combined with Marzulene-s on Helicobacter pylori negative atrophic gastritis.Methods Sixty patients with Helicobacter pylori negative atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group(30 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with Weifuchun(4 tablets every time,per os,tid.) and Marzulene-s(0.67 g every time,per os,tid.);the control group was treated with Weimeisu(4 tablets every time,per os,tid.) and Domperidone(10 g every time,per os,tid.).The courses of both groups were 3 months.Results The total effective rate was 90% in observation group,and were obviously higher than that(23.3%) in the control group(P<0.01);After the treatment,the expressed rate of COX-2’ in the observation group decreased obviously,but not in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Weifuchun pill combined with Marzulene-s is effective for the Helicobacter pylori negative atrophic gastritis.更多还原
