【摘要】 高等医学教育包括公共基础课程、专业基础课程和临床教学三部分。临床教学阶段是整个医学教育过程中的重要环节,是医学生从学校跨入工作岗位的桥梁。临床教学质量的优劣,直接影响到医学院校毕业生的质量。实习期对培养合格临床医生是一个非常重要的过程,学生在实习期对前期所学的知识进行重新的组合、筛选和整理,扬优补短、淬取升华、磨炼和完善,最后才能成为一名比较合格的医科院校毕业生。蚌埠医学院通过多年的教学改革逐渐构建了临床实习质量保障体系,满足了不同教学医院对学生培养目标的一致性,有利于保障临床实习质量;在此基础上笔者将在实习质量管理、师资培养、学生出科考核、带教质量等方面做进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Higher medical education included three stages’ learning:public,professional and clinical teaching.Clinical teaching stage was important connection in medical education,which was the bridge that medical students entered jobs from school.Superior or inferior of clinical teaching quality,which directed impact on the quality of medical college graduates.Internships for training qualified clinicians was a very important process,students in internships assemble,filter,organize forward knowledge,uplift short supplement,sublimate,hone and improve acquisition,and finally became a qualified graduates in medical universities.We gradually built guarantee system of practical quality through years of teaching reform,which met the goal of culturing students for consistency from different teaching hospitals,which guaranteed the quality of clinical practice;on this basis,we will further explore in quality management,teacher training,examination of graduating,teaching quality assessment and so on.更多还原
