【摘要】 目的有研究表明高血压患者会存在血糖、血脂、尿酸等多种代谢异常。本文旨在了解上海市杨浦区社区在册管理的高血压患者血糖、血脂与尿酸等指标的代谢状况。方法从社区高血压管理系统中随机抽取部分高血压患者共823人,抽空腹静脉血统一测定血糖、血脂及尿酸等代谢指标值。结果在管理的高血压患者中,空腹血糖异常率25.64%;总胆固醇异常率39.61%;甘油三酯异常率37.91%;低密度脂蛋白异常率38.27%;高密度脂蛋白异常率40.59%;血钾异常率1.82%;肌酐异常率为4.98%;尿酸异常率为7.78%;尿蛋白阳性率7.90%。结论高血压患者中血糖和血脂的异常发生率较高,血钾和肌酐的异常发生率相对较低,尿酸和尿蛋白的异常发生率相对偏高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore metabolic status of managed hypertension patients in communities in Yangpu District in Shanghai.Methods 823 hypertension patients were selected randomly from the manage system of hypertension,and their serum glucose,lipid and urinary acid and so on were tested.Results The abnormal rate of FBG;TC;TG;LDL-C;HDL-C;potassium;creatinine;urinary acid and urinary protein of investigated patients were 25.64%,39.61%,37.91%,38.27%,40.59%,1.82%,4.98% and 7.78%,respectively.The positive rate of urinary protein was 7.90%.Conclusion The abnormal rate of FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C was high;and the rate of creatinine and potassium was low;and the rate of urinary acid and urinary protein was relatively high in patients.更多还原
