【摘要】 目的观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮连续用药保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法将125例患者随机分成两组,观察组68例,采用MTX联合米非司酮连续5日用药保守治疗;对照组57例,采用MTX连续5日用药保守治疗。结果观察组治愈67例(98.5%)。临床症状消失时间(9.23±3.12)d;血HCG恢复正常时间(14.12±3.22)d;B超:妊娠"包块"消失时间是(90.33±9.21)d。对照组治愈47例(82.46%)。临床症状消失时间(13.21±2.65)d;血HCG恢复正常时间(27.25±4.61)d;B超:妊娠"包块"消失时间是(110.63±8.27)d。两组比较治愈率、临床症状消失时间、血HCG恢复正常时间、B超:妊娠"包块"消失时间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTX联合米非司酮用于异位妊娠的保守治疗高效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect and security of continuous application of mifepristone combined with Methotrexate(MTX) on ectopic gestation.Methods One hundred and fifty five cases of ectopic gestation were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(68 cases) received mifepristone combined with MTX in a series of 5 days.The control group(57 cases) received MTX in a series of 5 days.Results Among the 68 patients,67 were cured(98.5%).The time for the disappearing of the clinic symptoms was(9.23±3.12) days.Blood HCG returned to the normal level with in(14.12±3.22) days.The lump disappearing by B-ultrasonography was(90.33±9.21) days.Among the 57 patients,47 were cured(82.46%).The time for the disappearing of the clinic symptoms was(13.21±2.65) days.Blood HCG returned to the normal level with in(27.25±4.61) days.The lump disappearing by B-ultrasonography was 11(0.63±8.27) days.There were obvious difference in among the cure rate,The time for the disappearing of the clinic symptoms,Blood HCG returned to the normal level and The lump disappearing by B-ultrasonography(P>0.05).Conclusion The combine application of mifepristone and MTX on ectopic gestation is safe and effective.更多还原
