河口芦苇湿地土壤微生物数量的动态变化分析

【摘要】 为了深入探讨盘锦双台河口湿地生态系统对造纸废水的净化作用,于沈阳农业大学试验场的试验池内,通过构建模拟天然湿地—即盘锦双台河口湿地的小试装置分析芦苇各生长期、土壤不同层次上微生物数量的动态变化。结果表明:芦苇各生长期在3个层次土壤微生物数量具有相似的变化规律,从发芽期除真菌数量在20~40cm,40~60cm土层没有明显规律外,细菌、放线菌、0~20cm土层的真菌、氨化细菌、硝化细菌、反硝化细菌数量开始逐渐上升,至拔节期达到最高,然后逐渐下降。土壤不同层次微生物数量除反硝化细菌的变化表现为20~40cm的数量>表层0~20cm的数量>40~60cm的数量,在芦苇拔节期外,在其他各生长期真菌数量变化没有明显规律。在芦苇拔节期细菌、放线菌、真菌、氨化细菌、硝化细菌数量表现为表层0~20cm>20~40cm>40~60cm。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the purity effection of Shuangtai estuary wetland ecosystem on wast water from paper mill the study simulated natural wetland via small experimental pools in the testing ground of Shenyang Agricultural University.The reed samples collected from Shuangtai estuary wetland in Pinjin,Liaoning.The results showed that the variation of the quality of microorganism was similar in three soil layers in every growth period of reeds,and the quantity of bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi,ammonification bacteria,nitrifying bacteria increased from germination stage,and reached the peak in jointing stage,and then declined gradually in 0-20cm soil layer,but the quantity of fungi had no obvious trend in 20-40cm and 40-60cm soil layers.The quantity of denitrifying bacteria changes in different soil layers was 20-40cm >0-20cm >40-60cm;the quantity of fungi changed in different soil layers and had no obvious trend in every growth period except the quantity of fungi 20-40cm>0-20cm> 40-60cm in Jointing stage;the quantity of bacteria,actinomycetes,ammonification bacteria,nitrifying bacteria changed in different soil layers as 0-20cm>20-40cm>40-60cm.
