异基因造血干细胞移植后以粒细胞肉瘤为起始表现的白血病复发4例临床观察

【摘要】 <正>异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)是治愈白血病有效手段,但仍有一部分患者术后会出现复发。往往以髓内复发为主,髓外复发较少见。髓外复发以中枢神经系统复发最常见,单纯髓外复发者罕见。文献报道,单纯髓外复发率为5.1%～12.0%[1],占总复发的17.6%～27.3%。本文回顾性分析了
